請各位同學務必留下：
•「在法律上有關係的人(如父母、監護人、配偶、成年的子女)」。
•「可以通聯的聯絡電話」
•「找得到人的實際居住地址」
聯絡資訊攸關學生發生重大緊急事故時的處理，請務必確認資訊正確，謝謝。

This is for students who experience an emergency and need to immediately contact their family for assistance.
International students are required to provide:
•A working phone number in Taiwan
•The contact person's actual residential address
•This contact person in Taiwan can help contact your family abroad.
