各位同仁及同學大家好：

115學年度工讀實習化課程，預計於開學後兩週(9/7~9/18)開放轉播課程，屆時將在暨大活動報名系統開放課程日期及相關資訊，供同學線上報名參加。

若沒有參加到轉播課程的同學，預計9月底會將課程內容上架至Moodle課程資訊網，請有需求的同學密切注意本中心公告及信件通知!

一、此課程適用對象：

1. 校內一般性質工讀生。
2. 行政服務學習生(願景計畫生、復原力、生活助學金)。

未參訓者或未取得證書者，則無法工讀，也就是不符合工讀資格。

本中心將於學期間進行資格查驗：9月已工讀但未取得資格者，將先取消10月以後工讀資格。

請同仁協助提醒同學於工讀前完成課程，並於聘用後依流程填寫聘僱申請表及勞動契約書，以維護同學之工讀權益。

二、115學年度工讀實習化課程說明：

1. 每一堂課程皆須於完成課程後，進行該課程之線上測驗，並達60分，該堂課程才算完整取得。
2. 共同基礎訓練課程：未取得過證書者，至少得擇1主題參與。
3. 專業知能課程：每位工讀生至少得擇1主題參與。

此課程每學年須更新證書一次，

從未擁有工讀實習化證書者須完成：共同基礎課程任1堂+專業知能課程任1堂+課堂測驗(含60分以上)

曾擁有工讀實習化證書者需完成：專業知能課程任1堂+課堂測驗(含60分以上)。

意思是若同學已於114學年度完成課程及測驗，並取得證書，115學年度僅須完成專業知能課程任1堂+課堂測驗(含60分以上)，即可更新證書。

Work-Study Eligibility Course – Important Information for International Students for Academic Year 115

Dear Students,

If you plan to work as a work-study student at NCNU during the 115th academic year, you must complete the required Work-Study Eligibility Course and obtain a Work-Study Eligibility Certificate before you can begin work-study.

1.Course Formats & Schedule

Live/Streamed Sessions:

The live course sessions are scheduled to be offered from September 7 to September 18.

The available dates and registration information will be released through school email notifications and official announcements, where students can register via the NCNU Activity Registration System.

Please pay close attention to these updates.

Online Video Section (Moodle):

If you are unable to attend the live/streamed sessions, the course videos are expected to be uploaded to the NCNU Moodle Platform by the end of September.

You must log in to Moodle to watch the videos and complete the requirements on your own.

Passing Standard:

After completing each course (either via live sessions or Moodle videos), you must take the online quiz and score 60 or above to successfully complete the course.

2.Training Requirements by Role

• If you have NEVER obtained a Certificate before:
  • Complete at least 1 General Basic Training Course.
  • Complete at least 1 Professional Knowledge Course.
  • Pass the corresponding quizzes with a score of 60 or above.
• If you HAVE previously obtained a Certificate:
  • Complete at least 1 Professional Knowledge Course.
  • Pass the corresponding quiz with a score of 60 or above.

3.Important Reminder

Annual Update: The Work-Study Eligibility Certificate must be renewed once every academic year.

Student Restriction: Students who have not completed the required courses or obtained the certificate are not eligible for work-study and cannot be scheduled for work.

Please ensure you complete the certification before starting your work-study.

Random Audits: We will conduct random eligibility audits throughout the semester.

If a student is found working on campus without a valid certificate, their work-study eligibility will be suspended starting from the following month to protect everyone's rights.
