校園緊急連絡專線：國立暨南國際大學「工讀實習化課程」注意事項說明 NCNU「Work-Study Eligibility Course」Important Rules & Guidelines
各位同仁及同學大家好：
從110學年度開始，在校內工讀的學生皆須參與本校之職前訓練，並依規定完成測驗取得證書後，方可受聘為本校工讀生。
本校之職前訓練也就是「工讀實習化課程」，約於每年9月開學前後公告課程日期及報名資訊，也會寄信通知每位同學。
此計畫適用對象為：校內一般性質工讀生及行政服務學習生(願景計畫生、復原力、生活助學金)。
鼓勵參與對象：教學助理、行政助理、課輔小老師、計畫工讀生、臨時工等。
未參訓者或未取得認證者無法工讀，也就是不符合工讀資格。
課程觀看及取得證書說明如下：
一、承辦人於每週確認有通過職前訓練並依規定完成測驗的同學，並主動寄出【工讀生合格證明書】，若同學有急迫性需求請寄信予工讀金承辦人。
二、線上影片專區位置：
國立暨南國際大學課程資訊網(Moodle)，每學年度若有課程更新皆會放置於Moodle。
二、須完成之課程：
課程分為兩大類別(共同基礎、專業知能)，每學年度的課程主題會有所變化，
請同學於各類別選擇至少1堂主題完成課程，並進行該堂線上測驗滿60分，才算完成該課程。
若前一學年度已取得證書者，僅須完成專業知能課程至少1堂+該堂線上測驗滿60分，即可取得新年度證書。

三、工讀資格查驗
本中心將於學期期間不定時進行工讀生資格查驗，若有查驗到未取得資格並已在單位工讀者，將先行取消隔月以後工讀資格；請同仁協助提醒同學於工讀前完成認證，以維護往後的工讀權益。
有關單位聘僱流程小提醒：
一、請確認學生工讀資格：請用人單位協助在聘僱學生前，請其提供工讀生合格證明書(電子檔或紙本皆可)。
二、聘僱作業：請填寫「工讀生聘僱申請表」及「工讀生勞動契約書1式2份」，並將已核章之電子檔，寄予本中心工讀金承辦人( lhjiang@ncnu.edu.tw )。
三、排班工讀前：請依勞基法規定為學生投保，並於聘僱前1日中午12點前，將學生資料及時數鍵入Java教務系統；由總務處事務組協助加保完成。
四、開始工讀：請依規定時數(40H/月)及時薪安排學生工讀，若有特殊需求會超過規定時數，請參超時工讀申請說明辦理。

Work-Study Eligibility Course – Important Rules & Guidelines for International Students
Dear Students,
Starting from the 110th academic year, all international students who wish to work on campus at NCNU must participate in the pre-employment training (Work-Study Eligibility Course).
You must complete the required courses and pass the quizzes to obtain the certificate before you can be officially hired as a work-study student.
1. Course Formats & Requirements
Live/Streamed Sessions:
Course registration and class information are generally announced every September around the start of the academic year. Details will be sent via official announcements and school email notifications.
Online Video Section (Moodle):
If you are unable to attend the live/streamed sessions, the course videos will be uploaded to the NCNU Moodle Platform after the live sessions end. You must log in to Moodle to watch the videos on your own.
Passing Standard:
After completing each course (either via live sessions or Moodle videos), you must take the online quiz and score 60 or above to successfully complete the course.
2.Training Requirements by Role:
If you have NEVER obtained a Certificate before:
- Complete at least 1 General Basic Training Course.
- Complete at least 1 Professional Knowledge Course.
- Pass the corresponding quizzes with a score of 60 or above.
If you HAVE previously obtained a Certificate:
- Complete at least 1 Professional Knowledge Course.
- Pass the corresponding quiz with a score of 60 or above.
3.Certificate Issuance
- We will review the completion records every week and automatically email the "Work-Study Eligibility Certificate" to students who have passed.
- If you need the certificate urgently for employment purposes, please email us directly.
4.Eligibility Audits (Important Reminder)
Annual Update: The Work-Study Eligibility Certificate must be renewed once every academic year.
Random Audits: We will conduct random eligibility audits throughout the semester. If a student is found working on campus without a valid certificate, their work-study eligibility will be suspended starting from the following month.
Please ensure you complete the certification before you start working to protect your rights.
